In “Knowing the Bible 101,” authors Bruce Bickel and Stan Jantz, create a guide to understanding God’s Word in plain language.  In the chapter, “The Book of Acts: The Church is Born,” Paul’s mission is to go in to all the world and tell the world about Jesus.  This is known as the “Great Commission” and pertains to all Christians.

The Bible records in Acts 16:13-15 that the first European to accept the message of the Good News was a Greek woman by the name of Lydia.  She was a prominent and wealthy businesswoman who opened her heart and her home to the Gospel.

Just wanted to share.
